Phoenix DUI

This year was no exception. The phoenix zoo went all out to develop their annual Phoenix Zoo Lights exhibit. I personally took my first trip this year, but many of us at itouraz.com have been there plenty of times.

iTourAz.com has been bragging about the Phoenix Zoo all year, and as we all know the Phoenix Zoo was ranked as one of the top 5 zoos for children and it is very easy to see why. Upon entering everything is colorful and exciting and all the exhibits are up close and personal. The children have no problem seeing into the exhibits and finding the animals. And pointing, and naming every single one, 20 or more times, over and over and over…well you get the idea.

The Phoenix Zoo boasts their zoo light display has over 2.5 million lights and 500 sculptures. They are probably correct about that. Some of their trees had more lights than vegas. It was fun to see, as well as the kids loved guessing what the sculptures might be.

For my fist experience with the phoenix zoo lights, in which we paid $9.00 per person, and spent 2 hours in the cold, was well worth it. The displays were awesome, the people were ultra friendly, and the most important part is the entire family enjoyed it. I will be waiting in anticipation for next years zoo lights activities, and this time I will buy some hot chocolate and just might furnish my own peppermint addition…now thats the xmas spirit.
